SMZ745T Zoom Stereomicroscope
Featuring a zoom magnification of 7.5X and a long working distance of 115mm, Nikon SMZ745T microscopes are well suited for both industrial and biomedical applications. The adoption of a new total reflection prism produces brighter images with higher contrast, and the anti-mold design allows the microscope to be used in environments where the temperature and humidity are high. The SMZ745T trinocular model comes equipped with a microscope camera port and a built-in 0.55x c-mount adapter, permitting direct mounting of Nikon DS Series Digital Cameras. The SMZ-745T has an eyepiece inclination of 45°.
Trinocular Optical Head Ideal for Monitoring and Digital Imaging
The SMZ745T is equipped with a camera port (trinocular type) and a built-in 0.55x C-mount adapter. This permits direct mounting of any Nikon DS Series Digital Camera and simplifies the process of digital imaging, image capture and observation via monitor. In addition, this model incorporates an optical path switching lever that enables easy switchover between eyepiece and camera.
Impressive 7.5x Zoom Magnification
By optimizing the design of the Greenough optical system, Nikon was able to realize a 7.5x zoom and a total magnification from 3.35x to 300x. With the adoption of the new total reflection prism, the SMZ745T allows bright and high contrast images to be obtained at any magnification.
115 mm Working Distance
In addition to high zoom ratio and magnification, the SMZ745T offers an impressive 115 mm working distance, providing enough room for fabrication and manipulation on the sample.
The SMZ745T is streamlined for maximum ergonomics. The zooming knob is equipped with a click stop for each magnification, and the optical switching lever makes digital imaging easier than ever.
Rugged, Durable Design Suits a Variety of Applications and Environments
The SMZ745T offers ESD protection to prevent samples from being damaged by electrostatic discharge. Plus, the anti-mold design in the interior of the zoom body allows the microscope to be used in environments where the temperature and humidity are high.
