5 Axes of movement

Most automatic cut off saws have 3 axes of movement (X, Y, and Z) but the Brillant 3D gives you unprecendeted control of 5 axes with the addition of the D and E axes.

Maximum Axes Travel:

D Axis: Rotates 360°

E Axis: Rotates 200°

X Axis: 420 mm (16.5 in)

Y Axis: 280 mm (11.02 in)

Z Axis: 200 mm (8 in)

Create Complex Cutting Sequences

With the Brillant 3D automatic cut off saw, you can eliminate all the labor spent re-clamping between cuts by creating programs that automatically move and rotate the sample between cuts. The operator simply returns to the saw and retreives multiple sections from the tray at the end of the cutting session.

Plan Out Multiple Cuts

The Brillant 3D allows you to plan out multiple cuts in one cutting session that will be carried out automatically. You can even rotate the part and section on both sides of the clamp, giving you supreme flexibility.

The Brillant 3D automatic cut off saw features an easy to use touch screen control panel. There are two main screens and the first is where you program the coordinates for each step:

Create, save, and password protect programs

Program a reference point

Program table coordinates and part orientation for each step

Program type of cut for each step

The second screen is where you program the details for the type of cut for each section on the first screen:

Indicates what step is being programmed

Program RPM for each cut

Program max amperage draw for each cut

Program the feed speed for each cut

Program the travel for the X, Y, and Z axes during the cut
